Ingredients
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. EVOO
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (Cholula’s)
- 2 Tbsp. grill seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
Step 1
Poach chicken in broth/stock. Meanwhile, heat a medium skillet over med-low heat. Add olive oil, garlic and onion. Sauté until chicken is done. Combine Worcestershire, hot sauce, grill seasoning, brown sugar and tomato paste in a large bowl. Add 1-2 cups of the hot chicken broth and whisk until combined. Slice chicken and add to bowl of sauce. Pour entire bowl into onions and garliC. Simmer together 5-10 minutes. If you would like more sauce add more chicken broth to the chicken.
