Ingredients
- 1 cup Mahatma® or Carolina® White Rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 lb frozen shrimp
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tblsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Add rice and water to the inner pot. Close the lid and set to White Rice or press Cook. Once there are about 12 minutes left for the rice to cook, place shrimp, broccoli and bell pepper in Steam Tray. Carefully add to rice cooker and continue cooking.
The rice cooker will automatically switch to Keep-Warm once your meal is ready. Toss all ingredients together in the inner pot and enjoy!
