Whipped Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 C. shortening
• 4 C. powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 3 oz. whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl mix together shortening, powdered sugar and salt for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and whip together for 5 minutes. Pipe onto cupcakes with a big star tip.
