Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Mix in milk being careful not to handle too much. Roll to 1 inch thick. Cut in wedges or cut in circles using cookie cutter or glass dipped in flour. Don't overwork dough. Dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees on ungreased sheet.
