Ingredients

1 c. soft shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degree. Mix first 7 ingredients together. Mix Cinnamon and sugar for coating. Form balls of cookie dough approximately 1 inch in diameter. Roll balls in cinnamon and sugar coating. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
