Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 16 unbaked tart shells 3 inch frozen or homemade
Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan combine the butter, sugar, choc chips and water. Place over low heat and cook stirring constantly just until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth
Remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
Ad the flour, bp and vanilla stirring just until the dry ingredients have been incorporated.
Spoon batter into tart shells filling the shells almost to the top with the batter.
Sprinkle the tops with a few chocolate chips
Arrange on a baking sheet on the lowest rack and bake for 20 t0 25 minutes or until brownie filling is puffed
