Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • l large cucumber
  • 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (5oz) jar pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 1 (4) oz pkg Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 (10 oz) pkg Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/2 (10 oz) pkg Baby Greens
  • 6 T. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 t fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Red Wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Add chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, sliced red onion, romaine lettuce and baby greens together in a large bowl.

Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice and red wine vinegar.
