THANKSGIVING YAM CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 3 cups yams, cooked, peeled, and mashed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp flour
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp half & half (or whipping cream)
- Topping (see below)
- Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup flour
- Mix ingredients together. Crumble.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except topping, together. Spoon into 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with topping mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
