BOURSIN TORTIGLIONI

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of your favorite Boursin
  • 12 onces of tortiglioni
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 4 onces of mushroom
  • ½ cup of dried tomatoes (thinly sliced) (optional)
  • 1/3 cup of pine nuts
  • 4 onces of prosciutto
  • 2 cups of 35% cream
  • 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook the pasta in slightly salted water for about 9 minutes.
2. Sauté mushrooms in oil and butter for 4 minuets.
3. Add tomatoes, pine nuts and prosciutto and continue cooking for 4 minutes.
4. Reduce and pour cream and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and warm for 2 minutes.
5. Add Boursin cheese and continue cooking for another minute.
6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and serve immediately.
