Lemon Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 (4oz) lean, boneless steaks 1/2 inch thick
  • 4 tsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Brush tops of steaks with half of sauce. Grill or broil one side. Turn and brush with remaining sauce. Continue cooking until done.
