Portobella Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp Molly McButter sprinkles
  • 6 oz. Fresh sliced portobella mushrooms
  • 8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 roasted red bell pepper
  • 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Boil together chicken broth, garlic, sprinkles and mushrooms.
Reduce liquid by about half.
Add pasta and red bell pepper to to broth mixture.
Sprinkle feta cheese over and serve.
