Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 8 skinned chicken thighs
- Cooking spray
- Lime wedges
- Green onion tops
Preparation
Step 1
Combine in a large plastic bag and marinate overnight.
Remove chicken. Boil marinade for 1 minute. Use to baste chicken while grilling.
Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Grill 20 minutes or until done. Garnish with lime wedges and green onions and serve warm.
