Arroz Con Leche (Rice Pudding)

Carson made this in kindergarten at Jefferson Elementary and loved it.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice (jasmine rice)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 cups regular milk
  • 3 cloves
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the 3 cups of rice and 3 cloves in 4 cups of water.
Put cooked rice on a flat 9x12 pyrex dish.
Add the evaporated milk and condensed milk over the entire dish and mix.
Add the regular milk making sure all the rice is covered.
The mixture should have a
"soupy" consistency.
Spread the cinnamon lightly over the top of the dish.
