Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand® condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (from fresh lemons)
- 3 eggs - separated. Save aside egg whites for the meringue
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix egg yolks with condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour this mixture into the graham cracker crust. Meringue topping: Beat the egg whites; gradually add sugar after beaten and mix again until it lifts into peaks. Spread the meringue topping over the pie. Then very carefully broil until light golden brown.
