Christmas Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c margarine
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 T boiling water
  • 4 to 4 1/2 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and margarine, add sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Chill in refrigerator overnite.
Preheat oven to 350*.
Roll out dough to desired shaped and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
