Ingredients
- 8 tbsp (1 stick) salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 lg eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup prepared chocolate frosting
- 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degree F. In bowl using electric mixer on medium speed, beat first 4 ingredients 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low. Beat in flour and baking powder; pour into greased foil-lined 9" square pan. Bake 25 minutes; let cool. Spread with frosting. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups. Cut into squares.
