Ingredients
- • 10 Clementines (without pits if possible)
- • 400 ml (1 ½ cup+ 2 tblsps.) de clementine juice
- • 500 ml (2 cups) sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Make two incisions in each clementine.
2. In a casserole, cover the clementines with water and bring to a boil. Get rid of the water and redo the process twice. Cut the clementines, add the juice (add water if needed to cover) and sugar.
3. Cook slowly uncovered from 2 to 3 hours.
4. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Take the clementines out and minced. Mix them again with the juice and put in pots.
5. Serve with toasts, scones, cake or crepes.
