Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 12 oz spring lettuce mix
- 18 yellow pear tomatoes and 18 red pear tomatoes, sliced
- 5 oz each black olives and green olives, sliced
- 6 oz bleu cheese crumbles
- 6 oz red onions, julienned
- 6 oz croutons
- 24 oz olive oil
- 8 oz red wine vinegar
- 1 T fresh basil
- 1 T fresh oregano
- 1/2 T garlic powder
- 1/2 T onion powder
- 1 T kosher salt
- 4 oz granulated sugar
- 1/2 T dry mustard
- 1 T fresh parsley
- pinch white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Blend oil and vinegar in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and taste for even blending of flavor. Add remaining
ingredients and mix well.
