Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 1/2 C. celery, diced
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 C. onion, diced
- 1/2 C. seedless grapes, halved
- 1/3 C. slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken and let cool. Cube the meat.
In a bowl, combine chicken, celery apple, onion, grapes and almonds.
In another bowl, stir together the curry, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir into chicken mixture.
Serve chilled.
