Ingredients
- 1 Graham Cracker or Shortbread Crust
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 C. Cold Milk
- 6 oz. Instant Lemon Pudding
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 C. Berries

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth, beat in milk. Add pudding, beat 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Top with rest of cool whip. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Garnish with berries.
