Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. grated Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped green onions
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (it’s easier to use 1 pkg. of Hormel crumbled real bacon-near pepperoni in grocery store)
- 1/2 C. Crushed Ritz crackers (put in zip-lock bag and crush)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Soften cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise, swiss cheese, and green onions; mix well until fluffy.
Stir in a handful of the bacon.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Top with crackers and remaining bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Dip is good with Frito scoops or other dip cracker.
If serving a group, double recipe.
