Brown Sugar Cookies

Soft and easy to make

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. oil
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.
Beat sugar, oil, vanilla,brown sugar and egg with electric mixer until creamy. Add flour, baking soda and salt gradually. Mix on low speed until blended. Use small cookie dip. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet or use parchment paper. Bake 12 to 14 min. until golden brown. Cool 2 min on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack ro cool. Makes 4 dozen.
