Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 8), very thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oven to 350ºF.
MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender.
SPRINKLE with chives.
