Ingredients
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 14 oz can salmon (or 2 small cans)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp pickle relish
- 1 cup of Dream Whip or sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water
Blend into mayonnaise
Add salmon,lemon juice and relish
Fold in sour cream and pour into 1 1/2 quart mold
Fish mold is excellent. Use 1/2 an olive for the eye
