Molded Salmon Ring

  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1/2 c cold water
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 14 oz can salmon (or 2 small cans)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 cup of Dream Whip or sour cream



Step 1

Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water
Blend into mayonnaise
Add salmon,lemon juice and relish
Fold in sour cream and pour into 1 1/2 quart mold
Fish mold is excellent. Use 1/2 an olive for the eye
