Ingredients
- equal portions of chopped tomatoes, diced cucumbers, chopped purple onion (start with about 1 cup of each)
- you can adjust portions to your taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 t sugar or to taste
- enough mayo to coat all the cut vegetables

Step 1
Start with 1 c mayo, 1/2 t sugar and salt and pepper and stir well in a medium size bowl. Add vegatable. Add additional mayo or vegetables as needed. Chill before serving.
