Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • equal portions of chopped tomatoes, diced cucumbers, chopped purple onion (start with about 1 cup of each)
  • you can adjust portions to your taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 t sugar or to taste
  • enough mayo to coat all the cut vegetables

Preparation

Step 1

Start with 1 c mayo, 1/2 t sugar and salt and pepper and stir well in a medium size bowl. Add vegatable. Add additional mayo or vegetables as needed. Chill before serving.
