Cinnamon Muffins

Cinnamon-Sugar topped muffins spark up morning appetites. Your bonus? Enough for another morning.

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 1/4 cup instant non fat dried milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. stir flour, instant milk, 2 tbsp of the sugar, baking powder and salt into a medium sized bowl.
2. Beat egg slightly in a small bowl; stir in water and oil. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture; stir with a spoon just until flour is moist. (batter will be lumpy)
Spoon into 12 greased medium sized muffin pan cups.
Combine the remaining 1 tbsp of sugar and the cinnamon sprinkle over top of muffins
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until centers spring back when lightly pressed with fingertip. Immediately remove from cups; serve warm.
