Ingredients

  • 1-2 lb beef,chicken or pork in large cubes
  • 5-6 chopped carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 5-6 celery stalks,chopped
  • 2-4 chopped garlic cloves
  • Red or green peppers chopped (optional)
  • 1 28 oz can of tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup with 1/2 can water
  • 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in a large casserole or roasting pan
Add the rest of the ingredients
Add more water if needed
Cover and bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours
