Ingredients
- 7 oz. chocolate chips, melted
- ¼ lb margarine
- 8 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
melt chocolate and butter. Beat yolks and ¾ cup sugar until light and fluffy; add in chocolate and vanilla
beat egg whites until soft peaks form; add remaining sugar, 1 tsp at a time; fold into chocolate mixture
pour ¾ into a 9-inch springform pan; remain in fridge 35 minutes
