Pumpkin Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
• 1-1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups white sugar (one can be brown)
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• (can add 1 tsp allspice)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Beat together eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar.
Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into greased and floured 9x13" baking dish.
Bake for 30 min. or until center springs back.

Top with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.
