Ingredients
- 4 cups thinly sliced unpeeled Zucchini
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley or 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or muenster cheese
- 1 8 oz. can crescent rolls

Preparation
Step 1
Saute 1st 3 ingredients together in pan.
Stir in spices.
In large bowl blend together eggs and cheese. Add vegetable mixture to bowl.
Pat rolls into 8" X 12" pan. Spread with 2 teaspoons mustard.
Turn mixture into crust. Bake in 375 oven 18 - 20 minutes. Cover with foil if it is getting too brown.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
