Ingredients
- Add:
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless or 12 thighs
- 1/2 cup flour
- Brown floured chicken in 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter.
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. water
- Simmer for 45 minutes. Then add:
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
- 2 – 14 oz. cans of artichokes
- Parmesan cheese
