Chicken Cassrole - Linda's File

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 small chicken breasts (cooked)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 to 1 cup peas
  • 1 can white potatoes cut into cubes (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1) Mix chicken with soup,
2) Add carrots, peas and potatoes
3) Place in ungreased baking dish or 9 inch pie plate (may need a bigger dish0
4) Can use a pie crust (prepared one if desired)
5) If using a crust, poke several holes in the pie crust topping
6) Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour without the pie crust and 1 hour with the crust or until it is golden brown.
