Maple Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 bananas, sliced (or another 1 tbsp maple syrup)
  • Ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine oats with 3 cups water (or more if you like your oatmeal soupy) and cook. Stir in applesauce. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with maple syrup. Add banana slices, and cinnamon as desired.
