Boar's Head- Hot Italian

Ingredients

  • Boar's Head Provolone Cheese
  • 3 slices Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Red onion , sliced
  • 2 slices Multi-Grain bread
  • 2 oz Boar's Head Hot Cooked Capocollo , thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter , melted
  • 2 slices Mortadella , thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp Pesto mayonnaise
  • 2 slices Genoa Salami Natural Casing , thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Butter one side of each piece of bread and grill until golden brown. Add ingredients in the following order: Mayonnaise, Tomato, Mortadella, Salami, Capocollo, Provolone, Onion.

Crown with second slice of bread.
