Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot boil water. Once it has come to a boil add a pinch of salt or so to the water and add the Fettuccine.

Season Chicken lightly with salt and desired amount of pepper and place in a pan on med heat after applying cooking spray. While that is cooking you can start on your Alfredo Sauce.

To make the Alfredo Sauce add the butter and set at med-low and once melted add the flour until mixed. Once mixed add your minced garlic, heavy cream, milk and pepper and turn the heat
up a little.

Once it starts to bubble a little bit turn it down a little and add cheese a little bit at a time until you have the entire 6oz in there. Once the cheese if fully melted it is ready to go!

Take your fully cooked chicken and cut it into strips and add it to your Alfredo Sauce. Take a taste test and see if you need some more pepper in your sauce.

Ladle the sauce over your noodles and serve. This also would also taste good with bread sticks if you are a fan of the Olive Garden Bread sticks and Alfredo appetizer! ENJOY!
