Ingredients
- dipping sauce:
- 1/2 lbs uncooked shrimp
- 1/2 lbs uncooked pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 8oz can chopped water chestnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 T soya sauce
- 1/4 c soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 1/2 t curry powder
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 t grated ginger root
- Make sauce by placing all ingr in food processor pushing several times
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor put all meatball ingr. and pulse until finely chopped no not over pulse
Shape into 36 balls, place on broiler pan and bake 18 min at 350F
