FONDUE CHINOISE BOUILLON

Ingredients

  • 6 onions
  • ¼ pound of butter
  • 2 cans of beef broth
  • 2 cans of water
  • ½ bottle of red wine
  • 3 tablespoons of Bovril or 3 cubes of oxo chicken
  • Spices: bay leaves, fresh parsley, lemon, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tablespoon of soya sauce and chili, salt and pepper.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blanch the onions and add broth, water and wine and all desired spices.
2. Simmer for 2 hours.
3. Sift before placing in fondue pan.
