Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 cups basil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop til blended. Add oil til it looks creamy.

Keep tightly covered. Will keep for a week or so in the fridge, or freeze into cubes.
