Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avacado cubed
- 1-8 " stalk celery cut in 1 in pieces
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 t. tabasco sauce
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 T mayonaise
- 1/2 small hot green pepper

Put in a blender and mix til smooth. Sour cream may be added to stretch. Makes about 1 cup
