  • 1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
  • 2 OZ FINELY SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 OZ ROQUEFORT CHEESE, CRUMBLED
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION, FINELY GRATED
  • 1 TBSP PICKAPEPPA SAUCE
  • 1 TBSP DRY OR MEDIUM SHERRY
  • ½ CUP CHOPPED NUTS
  • ½ CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY

Preparation

Step 1

IN A BOWL, COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.

SHAPE INTO 2 BALLS.

ROLL EACH BALL IN NUTS, THEN ROLL IN PARSLEY. CHILL THOROUGHLY.

SERVE WITH CRACKERS.
