Ingredients
- 1/4 C dried cherries
- 1/2 C water
- 1/2 C trans-fat-free margarine
- 1/2 C rolled oats
- 1/2 C wole grain pastry flour
- 1/4 C plus 2 T sugar substitute
- 9 Granny Smith apples
- 2 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking dish. Combine oats, margarine, 1/4 C flour, 1/4 C sugar, 1 T cinnamon. Toss apples and lemon juice. Add remaining flour, 2 T sugar.
Place apples in dish. Sprinkle oat topping over all and bale about 40 mins.
