Stir-fried pork and noodles

Ingredients

  • 3.75 ox package cellophane noodles
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless pork chops, trimmed and cut into thin strips
  • 2 stalks celery, cliced crosswise
  • 15 ox can baby corn, drained
  • 4 oz snow peas, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup bottled stir fry sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soak noodles in hot water for about 10 mins. Drain. Carefully cut noodle skeins crosswise into smaller peices with sheers.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook pork strips for 2 mins stirring constantly. add celery and saute for another 2 mins

3. ruduce heat to medium. Add corn, peas, sauce to skillet, cook for 2 to 3 mins then add thenoodles and toss to combine.
