CREAM CHEESE COOKIES (CAKE MIX)

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix (any flavor)
• 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional depending on flavor)
• 1 cup any add-ins (flavored chips, candy, nuts etc. (I added 12 oz. semi-sweet chips)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add egg and vanilla and mix until well blended. Stir in cake mix a little at a time until all blended. Then add chips, candy or nuts. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool and serve
