Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp butter, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 ½ tbsp premium white chocolate chips
- Cooking spray

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Combine butter and sugars in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add vanilla and egg white; beat 1 minute. Stir in flour mixture, cherries, and chocolates. Drop by level tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
