Pie Filling Kugel

Can be used as a dessert. Serve hot or cold.

Ingredients

• 3 apples
• 1 can comstock pie filling, cherry and blueberry work well
• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1 slice apples place on bottom of glass dish
2 pour pie filling on top
3 mix together rest of ingredients and sprinkle on top
4 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until just starting to brown not top
