Ingredients
- 2 Cups Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Package Lemon Jell-O
- 1 Beaten Egg White
- 3/4 Cup Cream or Half and Half
Preparation
Step 1
Bring to boil pineapple juice and sugar.
Add Jell-o.
Remove from heat and cool to syrupy consistency.
Add egg and cream.
Beat well.
Refrigerate in serving dish until set.
