Pineapple and Thyme Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 8 tea bags
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 large sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 4 cups cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepot. Remove from the heat and steep the tea bags and thyme for 4 mins. Discard the bags and thyme. Stir in pineapple (cored and cut into 1/2" pieces) and 4 cups of cold water. Serve with additional ice or thyme if desired.
