    lb. Barat Cheese (round w/rhine on it) or Brie

  • Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry

  • Walnuts, pecans or almonds

  • Brown sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Kitchen twine


1 lb. Barat cheese (round with rhine on it) Pepperidge farm puff pastry Lay out flat and sprinkle some flour on it and the roller and roll out big enough to wrap around cheese Sautee walnuts in one slice of butter - don’t burn them. You can also use pecans or almonds Remove rhine from top of brie Place cheese on the center of pastry Scoop sauteed walnuts and place on top of brie Sprinkle with brown sugar Then sprinkle an 1/8 of a teaspoon of cinnamon Then take side of pastry and wrap to top of cheese and tie together (looks like a bag) Beat up 1 egg and take pastry brush and brush all the puff pastry with the egg wash Put in oven until pastry is brown
