deep fried Zucchini

  • zucchini
  • flour
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 10 oz. beer(drink the rest)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, paprika, optional 1/4 tsp curry

Preparation

Step 1

Slice zucchini in strips, not too thick; shake in bag of flour. Combine w cups bisquick with 10 oz. beer( drink the other 2 oz.)
add 1/2 tsp salt, paprika, optional 1/4 tsp. curry powder. Blend well. Dip floured zucchini into the batter; deep-fry in hot oil 'till golden and drain on paper towels anbd sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt
